Associate Vice President, Perioperative Services

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Perioperative Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and overseeing all operational and clinical activities in the assigned areas, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care. This role involves the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, collaboration in strategic planning, and the establishment of priorities to meet clinical and operational requirements. The AVP will also be involved in monitoring and improving vacancy and turnover rates, as well as participating in and applying research in practice. A key aspect of the position is the facilitation of professional growth for current and future management teams. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in perioperative services. The role requires a candidate with a strong clinical background, including BLS, CNOR, and RN licensure. The AVP will be expected to develop and implement systems for the evaluation of nursing care, as well as to review and recommend revisions of policies and procedures. The position demands a leader who can ensure effective, safe, and quality-driven clinical outcomes, and who is committed to the mission and goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a focus on teamwork, compassion, and a dedication to delivering the best possible healthcare.
