Consumer Product Sales Lead Analyst, Vice President

The Company is seeking a Consumer Product Sales Lead Analyst to analyze product performance and inform strategy for its on-card lending offerings. The role involves monitoring performance dashboards and digital funnels, identifying customer journey friction, and driving improvements in conversion, repeat usage, and customer experience. The analyst will manage a roadmap of initiatives, lead control efforts to support compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional partners across areas such as marketing, risk, analytics, digital, finance, and operations. Responsibilities also include preparing updates for senior stakeholders and supporting product research and sales enablement. Candidates should have 6–10 years of experience in product management, product development, or a similar cross-functional role, along with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Strong analytical skills are needed to turn data into actionable insights, as are excellent organization, project management, and communication abilities. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, detail-focused, self-motivated, and effective at building relationships and driving work across a matrixed team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
