The Company is seeking a Region Executive Director to lead its mission-centric, locally delivered, and nationally powered organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional growth and executing the business strategy, with a strong focus on mission and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) integration. This role requires a leader who can serve as the organizational spokesperson, promote the understanding of the mission, and ensure that the regional strategy and programs create an inclusive and equitable culture. The Executive Director will also be accountable for financial oversight, operations management, employee lifecycle management, and volunteer leadership in designated markets. Candidates for the Region Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 10 years of related experience, with a minimum of 3 years in senior management. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of digital, social media, and emerging online channels. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading and managing teams, coaching and developing staff, and have a strong background in volunteer leadership. The position requires a commitment to the mission of the organization, the ability to work with diverse communities, and a flexible approach to work, including weekend and evening hours and local travel.
