Vice President for Workforce, Public Safety, & Continuing Education

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Workforce, Public Safety, and Continuing Education to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for its workforce and continuing education portfolio. The role will shape market-responsive programs, build partnerships with employers and public agencies, and expand training and credential pathways aligned with regional workforce needs. Responsibilities include leading teams, overseeing divisional operations and finances, driving revenue and profitability, securing grants and partnership funding, and establishing performance targets and accountability measures. The Vice President will also guide recruitment and enrollment growth, assess program effectiveness, and collaborate across the organization to connect non-credit credentials with credit-bearing programs. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in business or a related field and have 7–10 years of progressive administrative experience in higher education or business development, including P&L responsibility. Required qualifications include a record of generating revenue and improving profitability, developing high-performing teams, and building lasting relationships with business and government leaders. Candidates should understand adult learning, corporate training, workforce needs, and educational programs and services. The role calls for strong strategic, financial, operational, and partnership-building capabilities.
