Vice President, Merchant Acquisition Credit & Loss Prevention Analytics Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to oversee credit risk and analytics for merchant acquisition. The role is responsible for achieving credit performance goals, establishing and administering credit policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and corporate requirements. The successful candidate will communicate credit guidelines, risk appetite, and performance insights to business, sales, and operations teams, while supporting effective policy execution. They will balance responsible credit risk with business growth and revenue objectives. Applicants should have at least 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Required expertise includes credit risk policies and practices, advanced modeling, data science, and the full model lifecycle, from feature selection and development through implementation and monitoring. Strong experience in advanced analytics, statistics, data mining, predictive and time-series analysis, natural language processing, and deep learning is preferred, along with proficiency in Python, SQL, machine-learning frameworks, and cloud services. The role also calls for knowledge of banking products and operations, strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and effective project management and communication skills.
