Candidates for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of engineering experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. The role demands a leader with a strong background in process improvement, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma, as well as experience in a production-oriented engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have a diverse knowledge of auxiliary equipment, in-depth experience with SolidWorks, and a proven ability to reduce product complexity and streamline engineering business processes.
