The Company is seeking a Treasury Management Officer for Multinational Corporations. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new treasury management business, maintaining client relationships, and leveraging deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute localized market and product strategies. This role requires a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and providing financial solutions. Key responsibilities include growing revenue through successful prospecting, creating strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, and collaborating with various internal teams to provide integrated treasury solutions. The candidate will also be expected to manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and enhance the profitability of all assigned relationships. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' of cash management, sales, and relationship management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to develop strong working relationships, and a proactive approach to providing thought leadership in the market. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a Certified Treasury Professional designation. The ideal candidate will have strong creative solution and problem-solving abilities, and be adept at managing time, and organization, and planning. The position is suited to a professional with a background in commercial banking, who is adept at working with multinational corporate clients and is capable of representing the client perspective in the development of complex financial products and solutions.
