The Company is seeking a Vice President, Technology for its Medicaid business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the multi-year product and platform strategy, end-to-end engineering, and operations of technology solutions that support Medicaid members, providers, and business operations. This role requires a leader with a strong background in healthcare technology, particularly in the Medicaid domain, and a proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale platforms. Key responsibilities include overseeing cross-functional collaboration, identifying and implementing process improvements, directing the application development lifecycle, and leading the technology platform strategy and investment roadmap. The VP will also be tasked with managing cost-saving initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading organizational change management efforts. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in healthcare technology, with at least 7 years in a leadership role, and a Bachelor's degree. The role demands a deep understanding of Medicaid-specific technology, including claims processing, care and utilization management, and HIPAA security.
