Chief Nursing Officer, Patient Care Services

The Company is in search of a Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President of Patient Care Services to provide executive nursing management, direction, and leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a caring, service-oriented professional culture that prioritizes employee engagement, quality, patient safety, and service excellence. This role involves ensuring that nursing practices and patient care plans align with the company's mission, vision, and regulatory standards. The Chief Nursing Officer will also be a key member of the executive leadership team, participating in strategic planning, and leading performance improvement activities. Applicants must have a BSN, a Master's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field, and a PhD or DNP in nursing is preferred. A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in nursing management is required, along with strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role demands a candidate with a current Registered Professional Nurse license, and national nurse executive certification is preferred. The Chief Nursing Officer will be expected to engage in community initiatives, develop professional relationships, and integrate evidence-based practices into the organization's operations. The position also requires a commitment to a culture of safety, the ability to manage human resources effectively, and a proactive approach to process improvement and innovation in healthcare.
