Vice President, Cash Processing & Funds Transfer

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead teams responsible for global trade finance operations. The role oversees complex transactions and product processing, ensuring accuracy, quality, compliance, and effective risk controls. Responsibilities include improving workflows, advancing operational transformation initiatives, advising on complex transaction issues, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop client solutions. The Vice President will also manage projects, serve as an escalation point, and lead staff recruitment, coaching, performance management, and development. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, at least eight years of trade finance operations experience, and prior experience leading teams. Required expertise includes letters of credit, standby letters of credit, bank guarantees, document examination, documentary credits, and familiarity with UCP 600, URDG, and ISP98. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, along with experience handling complex workflows and client-facing solutions. An advanced degree, relevant trade finance certifications, and knowledge of international banking regulations, sanctions, anti-money laundering, and trade compliance are preferred.
