The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Human Resources Business Advisor to shape and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities. The role partners with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent forecasting, succession, leadership development, and change management. Responsibilities include coaching managers, implementing HR technologies and digital solutions, using analytics to guide decisions, and communicating workforce insights through compelling data stories. The successful candidate will also advance employee experience, inclusion, and engagement, while advising on complex people matters in partnership with relevant internal specialists. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive HR experience in a large, complex organization, including advising senior leaders on strategic people matters. They must demonstrate the ability to influence business leaders and experience in project management, process improvement, and change implementation across multiple stakeholders. Advanced analytical, quantitative, and technical skills are required, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, are essential.
