The Company is seeking the inaugural Dean of its newly formed College of Humanities, Education, and Social Sciences. This pivotal role involves providing academic leadership and executive management for a diverse range of undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, certificate, and accelerated programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a large faculty and staff, and must have a strong background in teaching, scholarship, and service, with a record that supports a tenured professor appointment. The Dean will be at the forefront of the college's strategic objectives, and must demonstrate a commitment to faculty and staff support, as well as fiscal stewardship. The ideal candidate for the Dean position at the company will have an earned doctorate and a proven track record of collaborative leadership, particularly in the context of leading organizational change. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of the academic landscape, and the ability to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for both faculty and students.
