Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to guide business operations, strengthen organizational performance, and support sustainable growth. The COO will work with senior leadership to shape operational strategy, set priorities, and advance long-term goals while directing daily administrative and operational functions. Candidates should bring extensive leadership experience in a law firm, services environment, or other complex organization with multiple operational functions. Strong expertise in business operations, organizational leadership, financial oversight, and strategic planning is required, along with experience advising executive leaders and managing cross-functional teams.
