Associate Vice President, Legal Entity Booking Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Legal Entity Booking with a focus on internal control and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the integrity and effectiveness of the internal control framework to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance control effectiveness, identifying and investigating control weaknesses, and developing reports on key findings. The AVP will also be expected to lead a team, set objectives, and coach employees, or, if an individual contributor, lead collaborative assignments and guide team members. Applicants for the AVP position should have a background in Chartered Accountancy, Certified Internal Auditing, CPA, or an equivalent qualification, with extensive experience in internal audit, control business partnership, and operational risk management. Essential skills include excellent communication, relationship building, time management, and strong data analytical and quantitative skills. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of governance and control frameworks, as well as experience in senior stakeholder management. Desirable qualifications include a sound understanding of the financial services industry, particularly the regulatory environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
