Vice President, Business Analysis, Client Journey Execution Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a VP - BA Client Journey Execution to play a pivotal role in the identification, definition, and delivery of business requirements and solutions that drive the organization's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process of client onboarding and KYC, ensuring that the solutions are customer-centric, scalable, and in line with regulatory, operational, and strategic priorities. This role demands a professional with a proven track record as a Business Analyst, particularly within financial services or regulated environments, and a strong background in working with Product Owners within Agile delivery models. The VP - BA will be expected to have a deep understanding of client onboarding journeys, with KYC knowledge being highly desirable, and hold formal change methodology qualifications such as Agile Practitioner, Lean, and/or Six Sigma. Key responsibilities for this position include the identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements, the development of business cases, and the creation of operational and process designs. The role also involves supporting change management activities and ensuring the successful implementation and embedding of solutions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, be adept at managing complex programs with a focus on delivery discipline and high-quality outcomes, and be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the organization's functions to contribute to its goals. The VP - BA will be expected to collaborate with various teams, including business, product, operations, compliance, and technology, and to embody the values and mindset of the organization.
