The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Global Leveraged Finance Underwriting Credit Team. The successful candidate will be a key professional in delivering top-tier credit risk analysis, monitoring, and credit administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and soundness of wholesale lending, and the VP will be responsible for independent completion of annual and quarterly reviews, as well as supporting underwriters on transactions. The role demands a proactive individual with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, strong organizational skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. The VP will also be expected to provide analytical support across the team's core functions, mentor junior analysts, and ensure adherence to the control environment. The ideal candidate should have 10-13 years' of experience in credit analysis, origination, or related credit functions, and hold an MBA, CFA, or CA. Key responsibilities for the VP include assessing the credit and financial strength of complex corporate clients, monitoring the portfolio for potential credit issues, and evaluating clients' business models and financial performance across various industries. The role requires a professional with well-developed analytical skills, the ability to form independent credit opinions, and a strong understanding of financial components.
