Vice President, External Reporting Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for External Reporting to join their OCFO Controllers team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of high-quality regulatory returns, analytics, and MI, ensuring that the EMEA region meets all reporting deadlines and quality expectations. This role involves the preparation and review of various liquidity regulatory reports with a high level of accuracy, as well as maintaining a strong operational control environment. Stakeholder management is also a key aspect, requiring the individual to work with market center financial controller owners across the EMEA regions and manage escalations in line with the regulatory reporting operating model. Applicants for this role at the company should be Chartered Accountants with at least 5 years' of relevant regulatory reporting experience in a similar financial services industry, or hold a PG (MBA-Finance) / B. Com with a minimum of 7 years' of experience. The role demands a detail-oriented individual with a sound knowledge of Basel III and liquidity regulations. Significant experience in accounting systems and processes is essential, as is a working knowledge of Power BI and advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with AI and automation tools is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and capable of working on unstructured assignments, and must be committed to staying abreast of legislative and regulatory developments in the EMEA region.
