The Company is seeking a Vice President, POM Product Owner to join their Custody, Trustee & Depositary Centre of Excellence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the business, SMEs, and end users to gather and develop story-level requirements in JIRA, ensuring the development team can deliver high-quality code. This role involves active participation in all agile and sprint activities, creating and maintaining functional and non-functional requirements, and validating stories with cross-functional stakeholders. The Vice President, POM Product Owner will also be involved in reviewing test cases, preparing release notes, and supporting operational readiness activities. To excel in this position, candidates must have expertise in agile methodology, project management experience using JIRA and Confluence, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Business analytics skills using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau are also required, along with an understanding of investment banking and asset servicing business. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in business management or a related field, at least 10 years of work experience in project or product delivery, and relevant market or industry certifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custody product knowledge, particularly in corporate action, income, proxy, and class action products from a custody business perspective.
