Provost & Vice President for Academic Affairs

The Company is seeking a Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs to serve as its chief academic officer and a member of the president’s cabinet. In collaboration with faculty, the Provost will shape and implement an academic vision that advances student success and serves the broader community amid rapid change. Responsibilities include setting academic priorities, aligning annual goals with institutional values, and contributing to short- and long-term budget planning to maximize the impact of available resources. The Provost will champion the teaching, research, and academic mission, communicate priorities clearly to campus stakeholders and beyond, and help secure philanthropic and grant support for strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is an innovative, strategic academic leader with the agility to navigate immediate and long-term challenges while remaining focused on the institution’s mission and values. They should demonstrate integrity, transparency, clear communication, and a strong commitment to students, faculty, and staff.
