The Senior Director will also be hands-on in developing masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and visitor journeys, as well as running needs assessments, feasibility studies, and benchmarking against global events. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience, with at least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale. The role requires expertise in venue master planning, zoning, and end-to-end visitor journeys, as well as a proven track record of stakeholder integration across marketing, sponsorships, influencers, and players.
