Associate General Counsel, Legal Services & Risk Management

The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel to provide legal advice across healthcare, regulatory, operational, governance, employment, litigation, real estate, transactional, and business matters. The role partners with organizational leaders and functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks, support initiatives, and promote compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities include independently managing assigned legal matters, overseeing litigation and outside counsel, and providing practical, business-oriented guidance for day-to-day operations and complex initiatives. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. At least 10 years of legal practice is required, including substantial experience advising healthcare providers on regulatory, operational, transactional, contractual, governance, employment, and litigation matters. Strong knowledge of healthcare law, compliance, risk management, commercial contracting, corporate governance, privacy and information security, and dispute resolution is essential. The ideal candidate also brings sound judgment, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and advise senior leaders.
