The successful candidate will be a dynamic, strategic, and people-centered leader, responsible for driving the growth, operational excellence, and exceptional patient and employee experience. This role is pivotal in shaping the culture, advancing innovation, and ensuring the financial and operational success of the practice. The Executive Director will work closely with physician leadership, lead the development and execution of strategic and operating plans, and build strong relationships with external partners. A people-first leadership approach is essential, with a focus on talent development, and inspiring high performance. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or MHA strongly preferred, and a minimum of 7 years' of healthcare management and operations experience. The role requires a proven track record in senior healthcare leadership, deep experience in operations, finance, growth strategy, marketing of services, and revenue cycle. Strong emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex payer environments are also key qualifications. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to physician leaders, champion a high-engagement culture, and ensure the practice's alignment with the company's objectives.
