Executive Director, Custodi, Public Affairs, Strategy & Partnerships

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its newly established Italian association, which is dedicated to bringing diverse communities into the environmental debate. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, organizational development, community and partnership building, fundraising, and public representation. This role demands an entrepreneurial leader with a strong political and societal awareness, capable of defining and implementing the organization's strategic direction, and ensuring its alignment with the broader mission of the network. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and developing the organization, including its identity, culture, and governance, and will play a central role in shaping the company's strategy and establishing partnerships to ensure its growth and impact within the Italian environmental landscape. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership experience, and a proven track record in public engagement and partnership building.
