Enterprise Chief Innovation Officer

The Company seeks an Enterprise Chief Innovation Officer to lead institutional strategy for innovation, technology commercialization, entrepreneurship, and research translation. The role advises senior leadership and guides the innovation enterprise, strengthening pathways from research discoveries to commercialization and societal impact. Responsibilities include providing strategic oversight of technology licensing, engaging faculty innovators, developing the organization, and aligning and scaling innovation activities across the institution. The leader will also build partnerships and elevate the institution’s profile in research translation and entrepreneurship. Candidates should bring a record of leadership in technology commercialization, entrepreneurship, research translation, or venture development within complex organizations. Demonstrated success leading organizational change and building partnerships across academia, industry, government, and investment communities is required.
