Dean, Feik School of Pharmacy

The Company seeks a forward-thinking, mission-driven Dean to serve as the chief executive of its pharmacy school. The Dean will lead the school’s educational, research, service, and community engagement missions, championing student success, faculty development, and staff engagement. Responsibilities include fostering innovation in pharmacy education, advancing interprofessional collaboration, cultivating philanthropic support, and stewarding financial and human resources. The Dean will also serve as the school’s primary ambassador and build strong connections across the institution, the pharmacy profession, and the broader healthcare community. Candidates must hold a Pharm.D. or Ph.D., have credentials appropriate for appointment as a tenured faculty member, and demonstrate progressive leadership experience within a college or school of pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven, with a strong understanding of the evolving pharmacy and healthcare landscape.
