Executive Director, Senior Living Community Operations Greater San Antonio, TX Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Senior Living Community Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a larger community, including associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role involves creating and executing business plans, developing the team, and driving sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building a strong, inclusive community culture that provides high-quality resident experiences and care, as well as engaging with local influencers and professionals to raise the community's profile. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' related operational leadership experience, with the possibility of substituting additional years of experience for the educational requirement. The role requires a valid administrator license in states where necessary, a valid driver's license, and access to a private vehicle for business use. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
