Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and build a high-performing Finance organization. The role leads cash flow, working capital, debt and capital allocation, enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management. It also drives commercial and operational value creation, evaluates major investments and strategic opportunities, and advances Finance technology, analytics, automation, and AI. The Vice President will advise on complex business decisions and lead, develop, and scale the Finance team. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred. At least 12 years of progressive Finance experience, including significant leadership across areas such as FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, is required. Applicants should bring experience advising executive leaders, boards, owners, and lenders, along with strong command of financial statements, cash flow, capital structure, and value creation. A record of building effective teams and combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution is essential; experience in consumer products or similarly complex operating environments is preferred.
