The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO's strategic partner and to take ownership of the company's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and maintaining the operating rhythm, driving high-priority initiatives, and overseeing business operations. This role involves building and leading the M&A and corporate development function, as well as extending the CEO's reach by turning strategy into actionable plans and ensuring their successful execution. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in board and investor readiness, and will be the key person for sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals to expand the company's presence in the digital asset ecosystem. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience, with a background in senior leadership roles related to strategy and operations, business operations, or corporate development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing teams, as well as a strong understanding of company operating cadences. Executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a data-driven, commercially minded approach are essential. Deep experience in crypto and/or payments processing, particularly in areas such as stablecoins, exchanges, wallets, and regulatory licensing, is a must. The role requires a leader who is comfortable in high-growth startup environments and is willing to travel, including internationally.
