Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the founder on key priorities, including financing, investor relations, and strategic initiatives. The role will help set the operating cadence through planning, quarterly reviews, board materials, and company-wide meetings. Responsibilities include coordinating fundraising activities, preparing investor updates, and leading complex projects from definition through resolution or handoff. The Chief of Staff will also develop strategic partnerships and support team-building activities and internal culture. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in venture capital, management consulting, investment banking, or startup operations, ideally with exposure to fundraising or founder-facing work. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to turn complex information into clear writing and decision-ready materials. The role requires exceptional organization, initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. Curiosity about AI and advertising is important; experience with fundraising, startup metrics, SaaS business models, venture financing, financial modeling, or building an independent project is an advantage.
