The Company is seeking a Head of Modular Engineering to take ownership of the full engineering lifecycle for its modular behind-the-meter power units. This senior leadership role is pivotal in setting the product's architecture, from system design to vendor selection, and ensuring the units' performance meets the demands of high-density digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will be the technical authority on power generation, responsible for detailed engineering, managing OEMs and integrators, and scaling assembly to meet production targets. Additionally, the role involves building and leading the engineering and manufacturing team, as well as delivering production-ready units with a focus on fuel efficiency, availability, and emissions compliance. Applicants for the Head of Modular Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in power generation engineering, with a specific background in mobile or modular gas generation, microgrids, or electric frac power. A proven track record in designing, integrating, and productionizing packaged power modules is essential, as is deep familiarity with the OEM landscape and hands-on experience in scaling assembly. The role requires a working knowledge of emissions permitting, grid-paralleling standards, and power quality requirements, particularly for high-density, large-load customers. The ideal candidate will also have a strong network of engineers, integrators, and packagers in the industry.
