The Company is seeking a Vice President for Business Development and Technology to lead strategic growth initiatives in the field of collaborative licensing. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of advancing inclusive and efficient new patent licensing approaches, with a focus on driving global innovation. This executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new patent pool opportunities, particularly in high-growth technology sectors such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and data center infrastructure. The role requires a deep understanding of intellectual property, patent licensing, and emerging technologies, as well as the ability to engage with industry leaders, represent the company at various forums, and position the company as a thought leader in the field. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in business development, licensing, technology strategy, or related fields, and a strong technical background in at least one of the specified domains. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts, the ability to bridge technical depth with business outcomes, and a highly collaborative approach to influencing senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a technical field, experience with standards bodies or industry consortia, and a proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
