Vice President, Corporate & Compliance

The Company is seeking a VP, Corporate & Compliance with a strong background in securities and corporate governance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including advising on securities laws and corporate governance to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. This role requires a leader in enterprise risk management and information security compliance, with a focus on business continuity processes and compliance programs. The VP will also be involved in global HR compliance projects and will work closely with various business functions, including finance, treasury, and tax, on a variety of projects and compliance processes. Applicants must have a Juris Doctorate degree, active state bar membership, and at least 15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 8 years in-house at publicly traded technology companies. The ideal candidate will have a high level of business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make strategic business decisions. They should be a proactive business partner, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
