Vice President, FP&A & Financial Transformation

The Company is seeking a Vice President of FP&A and Financial Transformation to lead its financial planning function and advance AI-enabled finance capabilities. The role owns the company-wide budget, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, headcount and compensation models, and financial materials for executive and board audiences. The successful candidate will modernize planning systems, automate reporting, expand self-service access to financial data, and partner closely with Accounting to align planning, close, and reporting. They will also guide financial analysis across research, clinical development, operations, and corporate functions, lead the FP&A team, and help maintain a consistent financial narrative for internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 12 years of FP&A or finance experience in biotech or life sciences, including ownership of a full planning cycle and experience building an FP&A function. Required qualifications include board and audit committee presentation experience, public-company reporting and guidance experience, IPO preparation, and clinical development finance expertise. Applicants should bring hands-on experience with enterprise planning systems, Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM or equivalent, strong financial modeling and presentation skills, and a track record of scaling AI-enabled capabilities across a finance team. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA, CFA, CPA, or consulting background is preferred.
