Vice President of Product

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to help shape its next phase of growth and lead product strategy in close partnership with senior leadership. The role is responsible for building and scaling a product organization that identifies high-impact opportunities and works effectively with engineering to deliver high-quality products. The VP will engage directly with customers and help internal teams and commercial partners understand and communicate product value. Responsibilities also include developing current product managers and recruiting new team members. Candidates should have 10 or more years of product experience, including at least five years leading product teams, and experience in a high-growth startup environment. Fintech experience in infrastructure or applications is required, with payments experience preferred; familiarity with developer or API products is an advantage. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, player-coach and a strong communicator who can represent the business credibly to boards, investors, and other external stakeholders.
