The Company is seeking a Chief of Administrative Services (CAS) to lead and coordinate its administrative support and functions. The CAS will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of business documentation, record-keeping, and accountability. This role involves managing administrative, HR, quality, compliance, and facilities departmental functions, as well as driving and cultivating the company's culture in line with its mission and values. The successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of complex, professional, and confidential operational services, and to provide information and advice on personnel-related matters. Essential responsibilities include overseeing HR, compliance, quality, and facilities, developing and reviewing personnel policies, and managing the effectiveness of related programs. The CAS will also be involved in staff development, training, and evaluation, and will work with department leaders to enhance operational and fiscal efficiency. Applicants for the Chief of Administrative Services position at the company should have a B.S. in business, HR management, health administration, or a related degree, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a non-profit agency. A strong background in HR administration, including at least 2 years of direct staff management, is required. The ideal candidate will have an MBA, a Master's in healthcare administration, or a related field, and experience in non-profit or community healthcare. The role demands a professional with a valid California State Driver's License, proof of current automobile insurance, and the ability to travel locally. The CAS will be expected to work in a demanding, professional, and confidential environment, and to be adept at problem-solving and implementing solutions.
