Chief of Staff, Cloud Strategy & Operations Greater San Jose, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Cloud Strategy and Operations. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Vice President, driving the strategic agenda, leading critical initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong operational aptitude, capable of influencing and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading the annual strategic planning process, managing the operational rhythm of the business, and incubating new strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also act as a proxy for the Vice President in key meetings, prepare executive-level materials, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment and execution of priorities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 15 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a similar role in a technology company. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred, along with experience in security, cloud computing, and enterprise technology. Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry and an understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics are also desirable. The role requires a candidate who can drive a culture of accountability and results, and who is adept at providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic and operational decisions.
