Executive Director Greater Santa Ana, CA Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall management of a senior living community. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies, managing budgets and occupancy goals, and leading recruitment, scheduling, and supervision of staff. The Executive Director will support resident safety, well-being, services, and activities; maintain the property; and work with department leaders, families, referral partners, and external agencies. The role also includes monitoring resident satisfaction, strengthening community relationships, and maintaining effective operational and financial controls. Candidates must have at least three years of experience providing residential care to older adults and hold current California RCFE certification. They should have thorough knowledge of state licensing requirements and regulations, along with strong people-management, organizational, and decision-making skills. At least two years of college is required, as is completion of 40 hours of classroom education every two years. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have criminal record clearance, and be able to work flexible hours.
