Senior Counsel

The Company is in need of a Senior Counsel to join its legal team, with a primary focus on commercial contracts and additional responsibilities in technology, privacy, regulatory, and operational legal matters. The successful candidate will be tasked with drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial contracts, including SaaS, technology, vendor, data, licensing, and customer agreements. This role also involves providing legal support for product launches, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives, as well as advising cross-functional business teams on a wide range of legal and business issues. Applicants for the Senior Counsel position at the company must have active California Bar membership and a strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Experience in managing contracts and legal matters from inception to completion, particularly with a focus on SaaS and technology agreements, is essential. The role requires the ability to work closely with business teams, support privacy, data security, and regulatory compliance, and contribute to the development and improvement of legal processes and technologies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a diverse and dynamic legal workload.
