The Company is seeking a Vice President, Facilities to serve as a strategic and operational leader, ensuring the performance, safety, and long-term planning of its facilities and physical assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive facilities strategy that aligns with the company's operational and long-term business goals. This includes overseeing facilities operations, maintenance, capital planning, real estate and space management, vendor partnerships, and sustainability initiatives. The role demands a balance of strategic planning and hands-on operational leadership, with a focus on driving operational excellence, optimizing real estate, and building strong teams and partnerships. Applicants for the Vice President, Facilities position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, real estate, or a related function. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in multi-site facilities operations, particularly within high-volume, geographically dispersed organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale capital plans, complex facility projects, and a deep understanding of building systems, safety, and sustainability practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and financial acumen are essential, as is the ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and external vendors. Professional certifications such as CFM, PMP, or LEED are preferred.
