Hospice Executive Director Greater Seattle, WA Area

The Company is seeking a Hospice Executive Director to lead day-to-day hospice operations and oversee the delivery of coordinated, compassionate care for patients and their families. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining required records and accreditation, and keeping the program prepared for surveys. The director will manage site resources and financial performance, contribute to annual budgeting, and support growth through strategic relationship development. They will also ensure care aligns with patient and family needs, goals, comfort, and dignity. Candidates should have previous leadership experience in home health or hospice; a bachelor’s degree and healthcare leadership experience are preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills and working knowledge of computer applications and electronic medical record systems are required. Applicants must also be able to meet the regulations and requirements applicable to the program’s services.
