Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to build and lead its finance organization and support corporate development and growth. The role oversees financial strategy, planning and forecasting, accounting, compliance, fundraising, investor relations, and finance operations. Responsibilities include leading audit readiness, evaluating capital and M&A opportunities, managing cash and runway, and preparing board reporting. The VP will also partner across the business on pricing, unit economics, financial systems, and processes, while overseeing equity administration and international financial considerations. Candidates should have 10 or more years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership at a venture-backed B2B technology company, with strong knowledge of corporate finance, GAAP, and SaaS or usage-based metrics. Required experience includes leading venture fundraising rounds, managing investor diligence, preparing for and completing an external audit, and building and developing a finance team. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in financial modeling, billing, and contract review. A CPA, CFA, or MBA, experience supporting later-stage fundraising, or relevant industry experience is an advantage.
