The Company is seeking a Deputy Head of IT to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technology operations, infrastructure, security, and compliance to ensure stable IT services and regulatory alignment. This role involves deputizing for the IT Head, providing leadership cover, and owning end-to-end technology support for equity execution platforms. The Deputy Head of IT will also lead major incident management, provide strategic oversight of core infrastructure services, and drive security and compliance across end-user computing. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field and more than 10 years' of progressive IT experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in securities brokerage or investment bank environments. The role requires a deep understanding of IT security principles, controls, and industry best practices, as well as the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, managing high-severity incidents, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with regulators and external vendors.
