Senior Associate, General Counsel, Technology Greater Seoul, South Korea Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Associate, General Counsel, Technology to provide legal support for technology matters across its global operations. Responsibilities include leading and negotiating complex technology and commercial transactions, advising business partners on areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, information security, and software licensing, and developing frameworks for vendor contracting and legal risk management. The role also involves collaborating with procurement, finance, technology, privacy, and other internal teams, overseeing outside counsel, and supporting cross-functional projects. Candidates must be fluent in English and Korean and qualified as a lawyer in the U.S., Korea, or another common-law jurisdiction. At least 10 years of post-qualification legal experience is required, with a combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions that balance growth and risk. Adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to take on new challenges are also important.
