Head of FP&A

The Company is seeking a regional Head of FP&A to support a consumer insurance business across multiple markets. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, while analyzing performance and profitability to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Working closely with business leaders and country finance teams, the successful candidate will review results, challenge assumptions, and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes. They will also present clear analysis to senior stakeholders and provide commercial insight into business lines, distribution channels, and business priorities. Candidates should have a strong track record in senior insurance finance roles, particularly in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering. Experience supporting insurance business lines is required, with consumer or general insurance exposure especially relevant. Applicants should understand insurance P&L performance, profitability drivers, and distribution models, and be able to influence senior leaders and translate financial analysis into practical recommendations. Regional experience across multiple markets is advantageous, alongside sound commercial judgment, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently.
