Vice President, Infrastructure Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Infrastructure team, with a focus on leading the sourcing, execution, and management of infrastructure investment opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the team's origination agenda, leading due diligence processes, and maintaining senior relationships across various stakeholders. This role demands a strategic mindset, a proven track record in carrying out complex transactions, and the ability to shape the overall strategy and growth of the infrastructure team. Key responsibilities include investment origination and execution, due diligence leadership, portfolio management, team mentorship, and involvement in investor relations and fundraising. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or certifications being a plus. A minimum of 12 years' experience in infrastructure investments is required, with a strong emphasis on the ability to originate, lead, and close transactions. The role also calls for a leader with sharp commercial judgment, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a deep conviction in the infrastructure asset class. Proficiency in Asian languages is highly advantageous.
