Vice President, Production Services Greater Singapore Area

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Production Services to join their CTOC MIM Team. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all incident escalations and management, with a focus on monitoring and leading the response to P1/P2/P3 incidents. This role also involves ensuring that scheduled changes are properly addressed, leading operations status calls, and providing expert input for decision-making across various disciplines. The VP will be responsible for communication and status updates during major incidents, as well as commanding and participating in datacenter disaster recovery tests. Collaboration with cyber teams to manage incidents is a key aspect of the position. Applicants for the Vice President role should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, with an advanced degree being preferred. A minimum of 10-12 years' of related infrastructure or application support experience is required, and experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
