Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst

The Company is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned client portfolios, which includes the identification, evaluation, and monitoring of business risks in accordance with institutional risk frameworks. This role involves the preparation of credit applications, financial modeling, and the coordination of approval processes for various credit facilities. The VP, Senior Credit Analyst will also be involved in executing comprehensive credit risk assessments, financial spreading, rating evaluations, and loan classifications, particularly for large corporate accounts. Additionally, the role requires the monitoring of deal terms, testing of financial covenants, and oversight of collateral management activities to ensure data quality. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' experience in credit analysis and risk management. A solid background in assessing complex corporate financial transactions, including acquisition and project financing, is essential. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in financial spreading and loan portfolio monitoring. The role also involves participation in operational risk monitoring, management of early warning indicators, and serving as a key contact for both internal and external audit reviews. The VP, Senior Credit Analyst will be expected to have a strong understanding of the financial industry and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
