The Associate General Counsel will also be responsible for monitoring legal, regulatory, and market developments, and for structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial arrangements and legal documentation. Applicants for the Associate General Counsel position at the company should be qualified lawyers in Singapore or another relevant common-law jurisdiction, with substantial post-qualification experience. Extensive experience in insurance law and regulation, particularly within a leading law firm or financial institution, is essential. The role requires a strong knowledge of Singapore's insurance legal and regulatory framework, with Asia cross-border experience being advantageous.
