The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Operating Model and Product within its Strategic Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the end-to-end service model, setting the direction for the operating model, and leading the focus area of operating model, product, and client solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of private assets operating models, fund structures, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale operating model or product re-engineering initiatives. The EVP will also be the senior Operations voice in client interactions, ensuring that the company's commitments are operationally deliverable, and will govern the transformation portfolio, including prioritization, resourcing, and executive reporting. Candidates for this role should have 12-15 years' of experience in fund administration, alternative asset management, or a related financial services environment, with a strong background in private assets. The role demands strong leadership skills, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to balance long-term transformation priorities with near-term business and client demands. The EVP will be expected to maintain a global mindset, work across regions and time zones, and be ambitious in shaping the future of the company. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a professional accounting designation being a plus.
