The successful candidate will be responsible for driving automation and digital workflow change, from the initial identification of opportunities to the deployment and measurement of benefits. This role involves a hands-on approach to process automation, AI implementation, and workflow design, with a focus on private assets accounting and operations. The VP will be expected to have a deep technical and operational knowledge, a transformational mindset, and a strong commercial and client awareness. They will work closely with the Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions, and Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement teams to ensure that automation initiatives are aligned with process redesign and data capabilities. Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in private assets accounting or operations, with a proven track record in automation or process improvement. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage effectively with both operational teams and technology partners. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics is required, with a professional accounting designation being preferred.
